Thank you for your question! Yes, is it possible to have a BBL and breast augmentation at the same time. During recovery, I advise my patients lay on their sides, rotating on each side, to avoid putting pressure on their breast or buttocks.  I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon who can affect you in person and create a personalized plan for you.
