I want to fix my saggy, deflated breasts and attain a flat stomach what procedures would you recommend? (photo)

I’m 43 mom of 2 that breastfeed for a year each. Currently I am 5”1 and about 160lbs wearing a 34 DDD. I lost about 80lbs 2 years ago and have kept it off. Want to lose another 25lbs and maybe have a Mommy Makeover in December. I would like to end up with my breast at a full D and a flat tummy would be a dream come true. Maybe even some lipo in thighs and arms. Can all this been fixed at once? What would you recommend?
