What procedures would I need to have a nose like Brad Pitt? The skin is thick and there is a deviation from when I was hit

I always discourage patient to undergo any type of cosmetic surgery with the goal of resembling a celebrity or anybody else's facial features, particularly when it comes to the nose. One's nose is a complex and unique arrangement of different shape, strength, and sizes of cartilage and bony components covered with variable depth, thickness, and many other individually unique layers of soft tissue and skin. That is why it  almost impossible to find two noses that look exactly the same. The goal of a cosmetic rhinoplasty should be to achieve a solid improvement in certain features of the nose that are amenable to predictable improvements with our current rhinoplasty techniques and still understanding the possibility of imperfections and asymmetries as part of the results even in the most experienced hands.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photographs, you have a wide nasal tip and thick nasal tip skin.  It would not be possible to make your nose identical to Brad Pitt.  It is possible to perform a tip refining rhinoplasty.  Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose and debulking the soft tissue in your nasal tip.  Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system.  You should be able to
view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed
by your surgeon.

It is impossible to give someone a celebrity nose. A full set of unadulterated facial pictures from all angles are required to make a determination about how best to proceed with your nose. It's also important have very specific goals in mind what you're trying to accomplish with the rhinoplasty procedure, such as narrowing the tip, narrowing the bridge and shaving down a dorsal hump. All of this can be accomplished with a closed rhinoplasty approach  under general anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with the procedure upon your nose and facial features. It's also important  to have very realistic expectations, since you will not get a celebrity nose.

Thank you for your photos. It is not possible to have your nose identical to Brad Pitt's due to your natural anatomy as well as the differences in your skin thickness and bony structure. That being said, you can have some areas changed or improved to become more similar with a rhinoplasty. It is important that you decide to change your nose and undergo your surgery to reach your own goals for how you look and not what you think other people will like. Brad Pitt has a small and better defined nose.  Of course, no one can make you look like Brad Pitt.  However, by using his picture, it can help guide you as to what can be done.  For example, he has a define angle of the jaw.  This may benefit you (can't tell from your pictures).  A reduction rhinoplasty would help.  Seek out a consultation with a board-certified expert.  Best wishes.  

Dear Albert, The best option for you is to seek consultations with some expert male rhinoplasty surgeons and have digital imaging performed to show you the realistic results rhinoplasty would provide for you. During the imaging process the surgeon will take into consideration your desired nose as well as your nasal anatomy and skin thickness to provide you with a proposed result. This isn't what you want to hear, but I think you need to look elsewhere in your desire to improve your life and have a relationship. The shape and size of a nose has basically nothing to do with that.
