This is my nose and I want it to look like Brad Pitt. How much would it cost me and what procedures do I have to do? The skin is thick and I have a bit of a deviation by a hit when I was 12 years old kid. I'm 30 years old and I have not had a partner I think it's because of my nose. My nose is a particular case. My dad is black with white race and my mom is from Spain with a long European nose. The nose combination is my nose plus a hit.

A full set of unadulterated facial pictures from all angles are required to make a determination about how best to proceed with your nose. It's also important have very specific goals in mind what you're trying to accomplish with the rhinoplasty procedure, such as narrowing the tip, narrowing the bridge and shaving down a dorsal hump. All of this can be accomplished with a closed rhinoplasty approach under general anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with the procedure upon your nose and facial features. It's also important to have very realistic expectations, since you will not get a celebrity nose.

It is not possible to have your nose identical to Brad Pitt's due to your natural anatomy as well as the differences in your skin thickness and bony structure. That being said, you can have some areas changed or improved to become more similar with a rhinoplasty. It is important that you decide to change your nose and undergo your surgery to reach your own goals for how you look and not what you think other people will like.
