How do surgeons make nostrils less visible with a rhinoplasty?

lulu187
Looking for a rhinoplasty surgeon who can make sure the nostrils dont end up more noticable. Im noticing many after photos, the nostrils are always more visible. There has only been a couple ive seen who dont and they seem to be shortening the columella with the surgery to counteract this? What is the way that some surgeons can prevent the nostrils from becoming visible where the nose is over projected?
