I only noticed that change in my face recently I am not sure if I was always like this or this had happened lately. I noticed it after I got a pimple on my nose between my eyes when I touched the pimple I felt that this part was too big then I noticed that the left side of my nose has something like a curved bone, I am not sure if I have been always like this or that happened lately.

Typically there are a few reasons to get nostril show. From the front view it is often because the tip is rotated up. From the side it can be because the columellar is too low (hanging columellar) or the nostril rim is too arched or high (alar retraction). All of these things should be discussed...
