I am 5'4" and around 210, I know that puts me well above the BMI of 30. I had 2 babies within two years. I weighed 230 last spring and got down to my current weight and have been at or around it for over 6 months. I am otherwise healthy, with no blood sugar issues and 110/70 BP. I have continued to work out but admittedly limit myself in my workout options because of how I look--- I am interested in a breast Aug/lift/TT or whatever is recommend...Is this something I could do in my current state?

Answer: Can I have surgery with a high BMI? I find BMI to be useless. In my practice candidates for these types of surgeries are determined more about how the fat is distributed. I would, however, split your case into a tummy tuck with lipo of the entire waist and do the aug/lift later. I highly doubt a satisfactory result with liposuction alone, and the amount of fat/tissue that will need to be removed with a tummy tuck with lipo will be enough for you to undergo in one day.Good luck and best wishes.

Answer: Mommy Makeover with a High BMI Those are good questions that many people share. My suggestion to you would be to consider breast augmentation along with aggressive liposuction of your upper and lower abdomen, hips waist and back bra roll. This will reduce the fatty layer. If you still have loose skin on your tummy, which you may well have given your profile picture, you will be a much better candidate for a tummy tuck after the liposuction.
