I take 1tbsp of bee pollen a day...will this affect my surgery? I am having mommy makeover.
Hello!I don't think Bee Pollen will affect your surgery. However, you need to run this by your surgeon who will be responsible for your after care.Mommy makeover is a great set of operations and I recommend patients consider iron, vitamin C, D, and Zinc supplements before surgery. At my practice we encourage patients to stop taking all supplements, including herbal teas, and nutritional powders about 1 month prior to surgery as a precaution. consutl your docto'r pre-operative instructions and let them know you are taking this supplement.
