CoolMini can be used in the area under your chin, if the jowls are located more on the lower cheek area you may be able to find a doctor to treat that area with Kybella (off label) Make sure that you consult with a doctor who has experience in these procedures. CoolSculpting is approved for treatment under the jaw, but the area above the jawline where jowls are located is not approved.
