Answer: Improving jowls with fillers, fat, rf treatments, ultherapy, J Plasma, lasers, Sculptra This is difficult to answer without pictures. Jowls can be improved with fillers for the folds themselves and to provide anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. I recommend a combination with ultherapy and J Plasma to provide skin tightening and lift. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Non-invasive treatment of Jowls Jowling is not able to be treated with coolsculpting due to the need for the applicator to fit the area in question. It can be used to treat fat under the chin but not the jawline itself. For jowling, depending on the cause, non-invasive treatments can include fillers to lift the tissue, Instalift threads to pull the tissue back up, or dissolving fat with Kybella. More invasive treatments may involve lower face lifts or chin implants. Everyone is different and no one size fits all. For best results, seek out a Board Certified physician who specializes in non-invasive treatments and have a consultation discussing pro's and con's related to you specifically. Best of luck.

Answer: CoolMini Hello, Thank you for your question. CoolMini can be used in the area under your chin, if the jowls are located more on the lower cheek area you may be able to find a doctor to treat that area with Kybella (off label) Make sure that you consult with a doctor who has experience in these procedures. Good luck!

Answer: CoolSculpting on jowls CoolSculpting is approved for treatment under the jaw, but the area above the jawline where jowls are located is not approved. I’d recommend getting a professional consultation to discuss other treatment options for that area, such as Kybella! Thanks for the question and good luck with your journey!
