I had coolsculpting on lower abdomen about 4 days ago. While I didn't have much pain before. I am having some pain in vagina now. Yesterday I did do a lot of walking and carrying. Could I have overdone it

Answer: Vaginal pain It is uncommon to have any pain in a different location then where Coolsculpting was actually performed. In liposuction cases of the lower abdomen there can be swelling and decreased blood flow return from the lower anatomy since the veins course through the area of the swelling up to the heart. With that said if you have some initial swelling in the lower abdomen from Coolsculpting which was increased by physical activity it can exacerbate this and can cause some swelling and discomfort in your lower anatomy . Best to elevate your legs in a supine position as this would help blood flow easier . It is only a temporary issue and will resolve
