I went in to see Dr. Kim for CoolSculpting. He has a very nice, clean, professional looking office with friendly staff. I liked his story. He had lost a lot of weight and used CoolSculpting on himself before offering it at his practice. He’s a genuinely nice guy and it’s not just about aesthetics for him. I had a total of 8 treatments with Dr. Kim and I'm very happy with the results.
I am very petite but have struggled with love handles and abdominal fat ever since I had my second child. I ate the right foods and exercised, but my abdominal fat wouldn't budge! Then I went to see Dr. Kim. Not only is he an excellent physician and weight management specialist, he's very patient and attentive. The same is true of his amazing staff. Had I gotten CoolSculpting done years ago, I would have saved so much money on other failed treatments. I cannot recommend Dr. Kim and his staff highly enough!
I love this place. I love Dr. Kim, Adrienne and his staff. Very caring and knowledgeable. I’ve had everything from Botox, Fillers & Cool Sculpting. I just had my first MicroNeedling done today. The picture posted is 20 minutes after treatment. I can’t wait to see the results.
Hi, It's quite common to see swelling persisting after Kybella. It may take another week or two for the swelling to settle down completely. The swelling results from inflammation. You won't see stretching or loosening of the skin from the swelling. All of that will go away with time. Also, please keep in mind that the studies that helped get Kybella approved by the FDA involved people getting 4-6 treatments. You won't see much change after your first treatment. Continue to get Kybella every four weeks for 4-6 treatments. Hope this helps, Dr. Garry K. Kim
The average duration of Botox is about 3 months. It can vary from 2-4 months however. In helping people look slimmer in the face, Botox can be injected into the masster muscles (area of the jaw). This however, should not affect your smile. Hope this helps, Dr. Garry K. Kim
As I see it, you could use some fat reduction along the lower abdomen and flanks (sides). The applicators that are best for these areas are the CoolCore (slightly curved) for the lower abdomen and the CoolCurve (more curved) for the flanks. These applicators are shaped appropriately for these areas. CoolSculpting has a new set of applicators that fit these profiles. The CoolAdvantage series of applicators are a bit different from the old school applicators (CoolCore, CoolFit, CoolCurve, CoolMax) in that they work in half the time and don't produce much post-treatment discomfort. The CoolAdvantage applicator is one applicator that has interchangeable templates that mimic the shape of the CoolCore, CoolFit and CoolCurve applicators. I think the CoolAdvantage applicator produces the same results as the old school applicators. The advantage comes from the shortened treatment time. Hope this helps. Dr. Garry Kim
CoolSculpting works well for the majority of people who are good candidates. It's not clear if you were treated 6 times or in 6 areas. If you were treated in the same area(s) over 6 treatments, then maybe consider an alternative treatment. Also remember, if you gain weight after any fat reducing treatment, you can see an increased bulge. CoolSculpting (and SculpSure for that matter) results will be optimized if your weight remains stable. Hope this helps, Dr. Garry Kim
Thank you for your question. It takes time to build beautiful full lips. It can or may take 2-6 syringes depending on the person. It's recommended to start with one syringe initially, and continue to build with one syringe monthly until desired results.
