Puberty ruined my nose! OK not really but I prefer how it looked in the past, when I was 14 or 15. The nostrils were smaller and the tip less bulbous. It's a small difference but it still messes with my perception a bit. I also have a dorsal hump but it's not that bad / doesn't matter in my opinion (I can name many male models who have dorsal humps - David Gandy, Sean O Pry, etc; I can't name any with bulbous noses. Not saying I'm a model, just throwing that out there). So can I achieve this?
