Can I reduce my nose which has gotten bulbous and wide to what it was like a couple years ago?

In order to evaluate accurately- all views of the nose are needed. Based on the limited photos- you appear to be a good candidate for Rhinoplasty preferably performed through closed technique- without a scar across columella. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS for in person exam

 A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing the nasal tip and the bridge line. Thick skin  in the tip of the nose will prevent refinement in that area. It's also important to have realistic expectations. A full set of pictures are required, since the nose is a three-dimensional structure, and rhinoplasty is performed all three dimensions

You can achieve improved definition and reduction of the bulbous tip to a degree with either an endonasal or external rhinoplasty approach, but thick skin will be a somewhat limiting factor, and postoperative edema may take 1 year or more to resolve before full appreciation is apparent. Consult with experienced and board certified rhinoplasty specialists in your area.
