Since revision rhinoplasty 4 years ago my radix is much higher and narrower with a visible deviated lump (hard like bone). I want it straighter and lower. My surgeon says lump is callus. Consulted with 3 other surgeons who thought it was a radix graft. No mention of osteotomies in operation report. Surgeon says he didn't do them. Can you please provide opinions on what is going on with my radix and if rasping is the best solution? If it’s a calcified graft, does it need removing or just rasping?
