Firstly, fat is always "nano", I never saw an adypocite large enough to be considered even medium or big; what a ridiculous term, it is a pleonasm (all the fat is nano, all the tyres are round, all the squares are rectangular).Secondly, fat injections, and in general injections of any kind, should never be done in noses. Finally, regardless your problem, there are not workarounds to a complex, technically difficula and expensive revision rhinoplasty to improve your nose. With that said, if a physician suggested you revision with "nano-whatsoever"... run the fastest you can.Seek the advice and hands of a serious professional who offers to you a time-consuming and expensive procedure; stay far from minimally invassive snake-charming procedures, synthetic implants, fillers, wrapped diced cartilage, etc.See the link below to find few cases of my own practice very similar to yours which I had the opportunity to operate successfully on, sharing a lot of common features with the technical problem you have posted. If you wish better grounded opinion well lit, focused and standard images have to be assessed: frontal, both lateral and both oblique views, also from underneath.Feel free to request any additional information from me.

It does appear that some bone or calcified scar tissue is causing the bump on the radix. This could be corrected during a revision surgery. I don't think it would make your nose appear shorter as your nasal starting point would remain in a similar position.
