Dr. Santiago is truly an artist. At the age of 44 I went in for what I thought might be a pre-mature facelift. We ultimately determined that my desired results would come from a neck lift. I'm just a few days out from surgery and not only do I have minimal to no pain or bruising but the results are already extraordinary! Having work done is a very personal and serious decision and should only be handled by the best of the best. Dr. Santiago is truly that. I could not be happier with this experience! Please do not consider going anywhere else. A true class act and perfectionist.

Dr. Santiago did my chin liposuction + J Plasma and it was hands down the best experience ever. He is knowledgeable, caring, and has a great demeanor. My procedure was conducted at Glow Plastic Surgery in McLean and not at his main office. I would not hesitate to have additional procedures completed by Dr. Santiago. In fact I plan to my rhinoplasty surgery early next year with him-that is how much I trust him and his expertise. I will post before and afters in the very near future of my chin liposuction.

With rhinoplasty in mind for years I finally decided to go through with it! I am absolutely happy I did and with the best doctor for the job. I am very pleased with his work and my experience. He explains everything thoroughly and is available at all times before and after the procedure, very easy to talk to and ask questions. He is an amazing doctor. I am loving my results.

When it comes to changing your body you have to do your research and trust me I chose right with Dr. Santiago, I traveled from the midwest to the east coast just to have my procedure done. He is absolutely professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have gone anywhere else!

I was referred by a friend who had been to Dr. Santiago for her nose job. I had been thinking about having a rhinoplasty for a few years, but I was never seriously considering until I saw my friends new nose. I started reading about rhinoplasty day and night, and finally decided to get a consultation. I met with three different surgeons, but in the end I went with Dr. Santiago because this is mostly what he does, and he had great before and after photos of people with noses is similar to mine. The surgery went great and Dr. Santiago gave me and my mom his cell phone and said we could call him 24 hours a day if we needed anything.The surgery took about four hours and I went home that night. I’m now about four months out And all I can say is WOW...Dr. Santiago gave me exactly what I wanted! I love looking in the mirror now... I get so many compliments on my nose and I am so happy I went through with this!

Incredible Nose Surgeon! I had been suffering from a deformed nose after having undergone a rhinoplasty by another plastic surgeon. Dr. Santiago felt confident he could fix it and make it look the way I initially wanted it to...I spoke with several surgeons but Dr. Santiago was able to show me other messed up noses he’d fixed and they look gorgeous! I’m 6 months out and the nose get better looking every day...I’m so relieved I found him!

This was the best experience I ever had! Dr. Santiago easily and painlessly completed a botox procedure on my forehead. He fantastically corrected some long standing frown lines between my eye brows and along my forehead. Within 48 hours the lines were gone and I subtracted at least 5 years from my face. He's very kind, efficient and talented. If you are looking for high quality and efficient service, go to him! You will not be dissapointed!

My experience with Dr. Santiago was very positive. He has done Botox on my forehead several times and it lasts far longer than when I’ve had it elsewhere. Dr Santiago is very low keyed,- not at all pretentious. He made me feel comfortable, and is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about several procedures I was considering. I would definitely recommend him for any cosmetic procedure.

Dr. Santiago is amazing. Ive had liposuction, Botox and fillers with him. His expertise is and knowledge is unmatched by anyone I have seen before him. He takes his time and makes sure patients are pleased with his work. I can’t wait to go back for some more Botox!

I had a hair transplant with Dr. Santiago last February, and the experience was terrible. Instead of performing the procedure himself, he outsourced it to a technician. The entire process, from the procedure to recovery, was disappointing, and in the end, less than 10% of the grafts successfully implanted. My hairline is now less dense, asymmetrical, and scarred. After further research and sharing my results with hair transplant forums, I strongly advise against choosing his practice, especially for a hair transplant.
