I cannot say enough about Dr. Santiago and the life-changing care he provided me. After 18 years of struggling with severe breathing issues, stemming from a truly horrific first surgical experience, I was completely traumatized and terrified to ever go through something like that again. I had fully resigned myself to living this way, until I met Dr. Santiago. He is truly a gift. From the very first interaction, Dr. Santiago put me completely at ease. His bedside manner is unmatched and effortless, calming, and genuinely compassionate. He has an incredible ability to make you feel heard, understood, and safe. He takes the time to listen, thoughtfully explains every option, and discusses a plan that is clearly rooted in what is truly best for you with absolutely zero pressure. You never feel rushed, sold to, or dismissed. It is abundantly clear that he is always acting in his patient’s best interest. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and reassuring. Not once did I feel fear, hesitation, or doubt. In fact, I walked into the operating room with a level of calm and confidence I never thought possible, completely at ease and trusting my decision wholeheartedly. That alone speaks volumes. The level of care does not stop with Dr. Santiago. It extends to his entire team, whose service is nothing short of exceptional. The anesthesiologist personally called me the night before surgery to introduce himself and ask if I had any questions. That level of genuine care is incredibly rare. They even created a group text including multiple members of the team so that everyone was accessible for pre- and post-op questions or concerns. I have never experienced this kind of white-glove, all-hands-on-deck support anywhere. Dr. Santiago is not only extraordinarily talented, but also kind, humble, and deeply genuine, despite his impressive background and experience. He is clearly doing exactly what he was meant to do. His care goes far beyond the procedure itself as he is truly a resource and advocate for his patients in every sense. My recovery was remarkably smooth, to the point where others who had undergone similar procedures were genuinely amazed by how well I healed. The difference he has made in my life physically and emotionally is immeasurable. If you are considering a revision septorhinoplasty or any procedure under his care, trust me and run do not walk to Dr. Santiago. He is not just a surgeon; he is an artist, a healer, and one of the most exceptional human beings I have ever encountered.

From initial consultation to after-care treatment, I knew I was in great and safe hands with Dr. Gantiago. He was completely devoted and cared about what my goals were and helped me think through all the different aspects of the procedure and adjusted his plan accordingly to my desired outcome. Dr. Santiago answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel completely at ease and excited! He was absolutely amazing in every way and I can't recommend him enough.

Dr. Santiago is truly an artist. At the age of 44 I went in for what I thought might be a pre-mature facelift. We ultimately determined that my desired results would come from a neck lift. I'm just a few days out from surgery and not only do I have minimal to no pain or bruising but the results are already extraordinary! Having work done is a very personal and serious decision and should only be handled by the best of the best. Dr. Santiago is truly that. I could not be happier with this experience! Dr. Santiago did my chin liposuction + J Plasma and it was hands down the best experience ever. He is knowledgeable, caring, and has a great demeanor. My procedure was conducted at Glow Plastic Surgery in McLean and not at his main office. I would not hesitate to have additional procedures completed by Dr. Santiago. In fact I plan to my rhinoplasty surgery early next year with him-that is how much I trust him and his expertise. I will post before and afters in the very near future of my chin liposuction.

With rhinoplasty in mind for years I finally decided to go through with it! I am absolutely happy I did and with the best doctor for the job. I am very pleased with his work and my experience. Great experience with Dr. Santiago, rhinoplasty went as planned with no complications, Dr. Santiago was very good at explaining the procedure as well as keeping in touch at any time during recovery, would recommend to anyone looking for quality work!

I was referred by a friend who had been to Dr. Santiago for her nose job. I had been thinking about having a rhinoplasty for a few years, but I was never seriously considering until I saw my friends new nose. I started reading about rhinoplasty day and night, and finally decided to get a consultation. I met with three different surgeons, but in the end I went with Dr. Santiago because this is mostly what he does, and he had great before and after photos of people with noses is similar to mine. The surgery went great and Dr. Santiago gave me and my mom his cell phone and said we could call him 24 hours a day if we needed anything.The surgery took about four hours and I went home that night. I’m now about four months out And all I can say is WOW...Dr. Santiago gave me exactly what I wanted! I love looking in the mirror now... I get so many compliments on my nose and I am so happy I went through with this!

Incredible Nose Surgeon! I had been suffering from a deformed nose after having undergone a rhinoplasty by another plastic surgeon. Dr. Santiago felt confident he could fix it and make it look the way I initially wanted it to...I spoke with several surgeons but Dr. Santiago was able to show me other messed up noses he’d fixed and they look gorgeous! I’m 6 months out and the nose get better looking every day...I’m so relieved I found him!

This was the best experience I ever had! Dr. Santiago easily and painlessly completed a botox procedure on my forehead. He fantastically corrected some long standing frown lines between my eye brows and along my forehead. Within 48 hours the lines were gone and I subtracted at least 5 years from my face. He's very kind, efficient and talented. If you are looking for high quality and efficient service, go to him! You will not be dissapointed!

My experience with Dr. Santiago was very positive. He has done Botox on my forehead several times and it lasts far longer than when I’ve had it elsewhere. Dr Santiago is very low keyed,- not at all pretentious. He made me feel comfortable, and is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about several procedures I was considering. I would definitely recommend him for any cosmetic procedure.
