Dog hit my nose after rhino and septoplasty. Will I need another surgery? (Photo)

Hello, thank you for sharing your question and photos. I'm sorry you've experienced this. You're still very early in the recovery process after your rhinoplasty, full healing can take over a year. In my experience, it's best to wait until surgical swelling and trauma swelling has reduced more. You might be fine and not need revision rhinoplasty. Since it's only been three weeks after your rhinoplasty and septoplasty procedure in addition to the trauma, the nose is very swollen so it's impossible to make any determination about whether the noses dislocated / crooked or not. Best to wait a couple of months and that to make a final determination once the swelling has subsided
