5'7 168 lbs want a BBL. Am i a good candidate?

I had liposuction done January 2014. To my dismay i ended up being pregnant and had my baby august 2015. I weighed 152 at 5'7 before baby but gained over 40 pounds throughout my pregnancy. Im currently at 167 and im working out religiously. I never wanted to willingly gain weight (which i currently am sadly) but i was thinking that maybe i could be a possible candidate for bbl. I want a big change and want the money invested into a bbl to be worth it. My measurements are 31 waist 42 hips.

Hi Sandy, Thanks for your question and photos. You certainly are a great candidate for liposuction and fat transfer or BBL. An in person examination is required to get a better assessment of the amount of scar tissue that you developed after your original liposuction or if laser or Ultrasound was used which creates more scarring when performing a revision. You may not have as much fat as you would like placed. So your surgeon could give you a better explanation about what you could realistically achieve by having a BBL. Good Luck.

Hi and great question.  I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure.  Based on your photos, I think you are a good candidate for a BBL.  The main questions we need to ask are:  1) Where (in what areas) did you have the liposuction? 2) How much (Volume or CCs) of liposuction was removed? 3) What is the quality of the fat that is remaining?  An in-person consult would be needed to answer this.The other question is:  What are your goals (How big do you want your butt to be)?  Depending on how big you want your butt and how much good quality fat is available on your body; we may want to discuss combination procedure (butt implants and fat grafting).  Again, an in-person consult would be needed to make these determinations.Your last question was, "Would it be worth it"?  Based on your photos alone, you should have a nice result in my opinion.  Based, on the RealSelf "Is it Worth it" an overwhelming majority >90% say, "Yes, it is worth it!".Best of Luck!Matthew J Nykiel, MDBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonButt Augmentation Specialist#RealSelfTopDoctor#RealSelfCoreDoctor

photos, you appear to be an excellent candidate for Vaser Hi definition
liposculpture with fat grafting to the buttocks.  You should get a great
result from liposculpture, giving you a more contoured and hourglass shape with
better projection to your buttocks.
