Vitamins with Hema Plex and blood builder? Female, 5'3, 37 years old, black and 169lbs. My BMI: 29 (working on that). I don't want to overdo it. I've seen Lots of videos and articles where women/men are taking so much just to get their hemoglobin up. My hemo is usually around 10-11.4 and has been like that for years. I will be having a lipo360+BBL.

Unless you have a deficiency in any of those substances taking extra amounts has no added benefit.
For example if someone has iron deficiency anemia then taking iron will bring up their blood level. If the anemia is not related to iron deficiency then taking more iron will not create more blood cells.
