Your BMI is a little over 30, which is in the good range for a BBL. If you want to lose any weight, do it before, rather than after, you have the lipo and BBL. The lipo 360 should harvest the fat from your abdomen, sides, and lower back so that you achieve a smaller waist and curvier contours.

No, it is not necessary to loose weight before surgery, you just need to take care of your diet and to make sure that the previous exams are as good as possible. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You appear to be a very good candidate for the liposuction and BBL procedures.  I don’t feel you need to lose weight and certainly have more than enough fat for the BBL procedure.  I cannot comment on your abdominal skin without a physical exam

The secret to a successful high definition BBL is to make sure that you are at your COMFORT weight. This is the most stable weight you can hold for your entire life. Looking at your photos, it seems that you should consider a modified abdominal skin resection. this is  a procedure that we created to address skin redundancy over the abdomen that allows for simultaneous liposuction to get your ab muscles to show and to provide you waistline snatching.
