I want to have enough fat for transfer but not too much fat/loose skin to need TT. Scheduled with doctor Duran.
Answer: 5'5 185lbs. Should I lose any weight for lipo360/BBL? I want hips, round butt, small waist (Photo) Your BMI is a little over 30, which is in the good range for a BBL. If you want to lose any weight, do it before, rather than after, you have the lipo and BBL. The lipo 360 should harvest the fat from your abdomen, sides, and lower back so that you achieve a smaller waist and curvier contours.

Answer: 5'5 185lbs. Should I lose any weight for lipo360/BBL? I want hips, round butt, small waist Hello @kittyxcatt thank you for your question y showing your pictures. No, it is not necessary to loose weight before surgery, you just need to take care of your diet and to make sure that the previous exams are as good as possible. Improving your eating habits will also benefit long-term preservation of your results. When a 360° Lipo is performed total body harmony can be achieved. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS

Answer: BBL Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for BBL and do not need to lose any weight before the procedure. Based on the photos, you should not develop excess/loose skin after surgery. I hope this helps.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear kittyxcatt, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
