Can I get a BBL after previously receiving hydrogel buttocks injections?

Hello doctors!! I have two rounds of buttocks injections. The first was 5 years ago, then the most recent 2 years ago. I'm interested in lipo 360, however I'm willing to get a bbl if doctors are willing to work on me. Thank you for taking the time to hear me out. The ingredient used is was hydrogel by Fosyderm.

Dermal filler is a good option for facial injections but any kind of injection to breasts or buttocks bear many risks and these injections are prohibited in many countries. They may cause chronic infections and infective discharges that may ruin many lives. Hopefully your body melted and absorbed these injections during this time, it must be first checked with ultrasound. If ultrasound reveals no pathology and your condition does not reveal that you have an ongoing chronic infection, then you can be considered as a BBL candidate. 
It can not be overexpressed that body fillers are dangerous procedures and must not be done.

Without even posting photos very hard to assess your buttock issues! There are VERY few boarded PSs willing to undertake cases as yours. I have operated upon many cases as yours using specialized techniques and taping. Please forward photos or virtual consult with.... You can undergo simultaneous removal of silicone beads and fat graft replacement. This requires the help of high definition BBL specialist. 
Considering your history, you are a candidate for a Safe California Ultrasound Buttock Augmentation (SCUBA). SCUBA allows for the safe transfer of fat by minimizing risk of a potentially detrimental fat emboli and/or inserting into your areas of injections. Personally I would be apprehensive of doing a BBL after hydrogel injections.  hydrogel seems to create tunnels and the material does not blend with tissues. These tunnels can track long distances from the pressure of sitting on the gel.

If fat is accidentally injected into the hydrogel it will become 100% necrotic.

Different doctors will have different opinions. I suggest you simply start scheduling consultations and see what each provider has to say.

There may be providers happy to do a BBL for you or there may be so who have done BBL on patients with previous hydrogel injections.
