Ideal bmi for BBL + lipo 360 & should I lower for best results? (Photos)

Hello. I am wondering what a good/ideal bmi for lipo & bbl would be? That would get the greatest results. I am 5 foot tall, 153 pounds so around 29-30 bmi. I have done a couple consultations and have been told to lose a few pounds before surgery and then some also have said don't lose anymore weight or you could even gain a couple. I am wondering what the best thing to do is? Should I lower my bmi to get best possible results?

Hi! Your question is a very common one and really depends on your body type and your fat distribution. In my experience, I 've seen that a BMI 25-27 gives the best results. By loosing some weight, but not a lot!, you can flatten more your abdomen (visceral fat) and reduce the circumference of your arms, that way you'll have a better overall look. By loosing some pounds, you will still have enough fat to be transferred and have a nice result. Remember, the most important part is for you to be able to maintain that weight in order to keep your results longer ;) Hopes this helped!

Not only the physical condition of the patient is considered, but also the state of health when making a surgical plan. The imc should be in the healthiest possible range, preferably below 30. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
