Am I a good candidate for BBL? Would I get good results? (Photo)

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for BBL and will have an excellent result. 360 liposuction will remove the excess fat and in combination with fat grafting will give you an ideal hourglass shape.

In most cases, liposuction and BBL can performed even if tummy tuck is indicated if pregnancy in the future is planned. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal. The belly button area will not be improved with lipo. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. In my practice I look for a BMI approximating 30 to lessen the risks of complications during and after surgery and to enhance the results of the procedures. It is best to be within 10 pounds of your weight goal for three months prior to the BBL.

The fact is you have very saggy and wrinkly abdomen around the belly button and nothing will make that skin tighter but the contrary it will become wrinklier and lumpy. Your abdomen looks protruding because your muscle is loose and that won’t improve with just liposuction, so you will continue being protruding.
You have a very nice body foundation so I honestly believe you will have an awesome result in terms of body shape after liposuction and fat grafting to buttocks and hips, but your abdomen is candidate for Tummy Tuck.
Just have in mind a lumpy abdomen won’t improve with Tummy Tuck.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. According to your photos you are perfect candidate for a Lipo360 and BBL you would have great results.
but your abdomen has excess skin and stretch marks, you would need a tummy tuck to have better results, but you are going to have more children so we can do a little vaser lipo to achieve skin extraction but you will have loose skin, you will have a good body silhouette but loose skin on your abdomen.

Your sides and back will look great with liposuction and your buttocks larger and more round with a BBL. Liposuction of the front of your abdomen will make your anterior abdomen smaller with liposuction, however, I feel you will have moderate wrinkling. Consider having an abdominoplasty after your done having children.
