Continued ear pain 10 months after lower facelift, what to do?

69 and had lower facelift under local June 22. There was packing in one ear, causing severe pain. I asked it removed &got some relief but ear continued to hurt. ENT said no wax no infection. I am still spitting stitches around that ear & targas is lax, stitch came out. I feel nerve pain around & inside the ear under the targus.Stitches from lift 27 years ago still poke thru my scalp and cause pain. So I'm prone to that or they are too close to surface. What to do? Help!

Thank you for your question and sharing your photographs. To control better the laxity of the skin under the chin, a more vertical vector for the facelift would be valuable. The deep plane approach for facelift tends to provide this type of impact and it seems like a favourable solution for you...
