I had derma fillers yesterday on my nose and chin and a couple hours after treatment the chin area began to darken and I wonder if this is normal bruising or the start of necrosis?

Answer: Is this bruising or necrosis? Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. This discoloration appears most consistent with bruising and should resolve over the next 2 weeks. You can speed the process with the use of cold compresses, arnica gel, eating dark leafy green vegetables, and sleeping with your head elevated at night. Hope this helps.
