Is this normal bruising or necrosis on chin after fillers yesterday? (Photo)

It appears to be normal bruising base on your picture. It should fade in the next few days, and Arnica can be helpful in resolving it. However, if there is worsening pain and/or changes in skin color and condition, you must return to your injector for assessment. 

This appears to be bruising which should resolve in 1-2 weeks. Icing, arnica and cold compresses may help give improvement. Hope this helps.

You can speed the process with the use of cold compresses, arnica gel, eating dark leafy green vegetables, and sleeping with your head elevated at night.  Hope this helps.

It appears you have normal bruising from your injections.  Some patients find the use of the supplement Arnica to be helpful in resolving bruising.  If the area worsens or does not resolve over the next couple of weeks, return to your injector for an evaluation.

This appears to be normal bruising. However, if you experience worsening pain, blanching of the skin, or other concerns, contact your injector immediately. Normal bruising can take 2 week a to subside. 

That is consistent with bruising. If it was necrosis, your skin would’ve started to ooze and crack. You’ll be OK.

It looks like a bruise.  Icing the area may help, 10 min 3 x daily.  Like any bruise it will go away; meanwhile it is fine to use a cover up cosmetic.  Lana Long MD
