I had derma fillers yesterday on my nose and chin and a couple hours after treatment the chin area began to darken and I wonder if this is normal bruising or the start of necrosis?

Thank you for your question! Not necessary and perhaps not advisable. Topical numbing cream is usually sufficient although an occasional patient will need perioral nerve blocks or even nitrous oxide gas. Best of luck!

I would most definitely start with 1 ml of a filler such as juvederm or Restylane. Most of the filler should go to your upper lip since your lower lip appears to be quite full. Should you decide to have more product, you can always do so 1 to 2 weeks after the initial treatment.
