This may be due to swelling. Swelling can be typical and may last 1-2 weeks. Icing and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.I hope this helps!
If this is radiese it will likely stay there. There are several techniques to try and get rid of radiese (see an experienced injector). If it is a HA it will likely go away with time. I looks as though the filler migrated or was placed to superficially. Good Luck Dr Z
Thank you for your question. If there is minimal swelling, most doctors will recommend waiting at least 1 to 2 weeks, to allow for final results. Volume and contouring of the face and temples can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert to go over your desired results and recommendations. Best, Dr. Emer
You should wait another few days and see if the area in question gets better. If you still see the same lines, I would contact your physician and requested that some of the filler be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Good luck from York City
It is difficult to say. I am not sure which product you used but the Juvederm product which works best for the cheeks is Voluma. This should be injected deep down to the bone or periosteum. This results in lifting of all the tissue not just the skin. I would recommend you continue to massage the area to get it to even out. Some juvederm products like XC will absorb lots of water and make it swell for a few days. Give it a week to see how it all settles out. if it is still unacceptable, get reevaluated by your injector
Thank you for your question! It is possible to see bumps after the use of any injectable filler including Restylane and Juvederm. The bumps are caused by too much of the filler being injected at one point in the skin, and also injected too superficially. With good injection technique, bumps should be very rare. They should happen less than 5% of the time and be very small and hardly noticeable when they do occur. The good news is that the bumps do tend to flatten out over a period of 2 or 3 months. If the bumps persist and are unsightly, they can be treated by injecting the bumps with a medication called Hyaluronidase. Best of luck!
No, they won't pop. However, swelling can be typical and may last 1-2 weeks. Icing and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps!
Additional filler or a thicker type of filler may be needed to get your desired results. I recommend following up with your injector about your desired results. Hope this helps.
I'm sorry this happened. Bruising can be typical and may last 1-2 weeks. Icing, arnica and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps!
If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
This will create very subtle improvement. I recommend getting a consultation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Hope this helps.
