I’m getting my lips done on the 20th of September which is my birthday but I’m also meant to be going to a theme park the same day with some friends. I was wondering if the pressure of the lip filler and the swelling would like my lips explode or distort them in any way. Is it safe to go on a rollercoaster like 3/4 hours after getting my lips done? It’s juverderm if that makes any difference in the question

Answer: Lip augmentation question I am sure you want to enjoy yourself when you go to the theme park, so it may not be a great idea to go to the park either with a bruised or severely swollen lips. I would try to have your lip augmentation either before or after your birthday. Good luck from New York City

Answer: Juvederm and amusement park rides Thanks for the question. There is no strict contraindication, as far as I know, to riding a roller coaster after having Juvederm. Certainly, one should avoid direct pressure on the treated area for a few days after treatment. It is possible that you could experience some temporary additional swelling by riding the rides at an amusement park on the same day as treatment. Ideally, I would suggest that you separate the 2 events by at least 24 hours. I hope this helps.
