Is it necessary to book multiple consultations for a breast augmentation?

Doctors, may you all be continuously blessed for bringing happiness in the lives of those who need a little more confidence in their physical appearance. Is it really necessary to consult with more than one doctor regarding a BA, if the first one I see I'm comfortable with, and more than qualified? My consultatation is coming up soon with doctor Michael Gartner. If I am comfortable with the first board-certified doctor I see, would it be fool-hardy to not consult with others before BA surgery?

Thank you for your question and photographs.  Your photographs indicate that you do in fact have proper placement of your implant which is directly behind the nipple.  It is quite common for a natural breast as well as an implanted breast to flatten somewhat when lying down.  Best of luck.

Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. If your painful breast appears bruised like this as well then you should see your Plastic Surgeon in person to be assessed. Otherwise the colour and progression of this makes sense given your time since surgery. It will likely turn brownish then...

Thank you for your question.It is not uncommon for the breasts to be uneven early in your recovery. It can take up to six months for the breasts to drop and settle into position.  Contact your surgeon with any questions or concerns. Best wishes.
