The bruising has only progressively gotten worse. Photos. I've read this happens due to gravity and may be okay, but the degree to which the bruise has gotten dark and purple seems alarming. Will this travel DOWN my leg too? I have pinching pain in only the right breast. mostly the bottom part. Every ~30sec. Not too extreme (tho im on tylenol) but not the left side. The right breast does look slightly larger. Not extreme so perhaps not hematoma but the sharp, shooting pinching pain feels odd.

My concern about tattoo after breast augmentation is the possibility that bacteria can be entered into the skin which could seed your breast implant and increase your risk for capsular contracture. If you must proceed I would wait 3 months after surgery and take prophylactic antibiotics ...
Your result looks quite good but the right implant should drop more. Asked your plastic surgeon if you may do breast implant displacement exercises on that side to encourage it to drop and possibly wear a compressive band to help the right side drop. Overall result looks very nice.
