I asked my tattoo artist on her opinion on a tattoo and she recommended to wait after I have my surgery, since the implants may stretch and pull my skin resulting in a warped piece. How soon after my surgery should I wait to get it done?

Your result looks quite good but the right implant should drop more. Asked your plastic surgeon if you may do breast implant displacement exercises on that side to encourage it to drop and possibly wear a compressive band to help the right side drop. Overall result looks very nice.
