Is red and hot to the touch skin after breast augmentation bad? I'm 1 week post op. (photo)

I had a breast augmentation a week ago, and today they are red and hot to touch. I DO NOT have a fever, but my breasts themselves feel achy, but not painful. I am still on my antibiotics I have one more day left. Is this normal?
