Thank you for your question.It is not uncommon for the breasts to be uneven early in your recovery. It can take up to six months for the breasts to drop and settle into position.  Contact your surgeon with any questions or concerns. Best wishes.

Hello,Thank you for your question and photo. As long as the breast isn't moving up and becoming firmer this isn't necessarily a problem. Due to minor differences in the breasts, asymmetric settling is not uncommon. I recommend that you try to wait until 6 months post op before evaluating results.All the best

It takes time for the implants to settle. I would wait at least another 3 months. In the mean time it is important to maintain constant communication with your surgeon. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and I am sorry to hear of your healing difficulties.  Because of the protracted healing in your right breast I would advocate allowing at least six months to pass after surgery before seeking any necessary revision.  The most important current observation would be to ensure no infection is present.  Talk to your surgeon, they are your best resource. 

Don't panic. It may take another couple of months for your right breast to drop. As long as it isn't hard to the touch, I think you'll be fine. Asymmetric healing is common. If you are still concerned at 6 months post op, see your surgeon to discuss options. Best of luck.

Typically I have my patients wait until 6 months postop before I determine if there's a problem with implant position.  If it is a textured implant though, it is unlikely to drop.  If not, then I would recommend you aggressively massage the right side to try to get it to match up.

It can take up to 6 months for implants to settle after surgery.  It is hard to tell whether you had some degree of asymmetry prior to surgery without before photos.  Asymmetric implant massage and or a breast band may help.  Speak with your plastic surgeon about your concerns.  Best of luck

Given that you had some initial issues on the right, I wouldn't be overly concerned yet about the right not having dropped as much.  If no change in another 3 months, then would definitely discuss with your surgeon regarding appropriate next steps.

Hello thanks for your question, in breast surgery in some cases it takes longer one of the two to heal, with a little more information I can be more specific, such as if the breast implant is behind the muscle or not , Or some photos, but in general terms you must wait 6 months and keep in touch with your doctor

Breasts often heal at different rates. Some seem to immediately drop into place, with little swelling or difficulty while the mate seems to have missed the memo! While it seems like it has been a long time, at three months post op from Breast Augmentation you are about mid-way in the recovery process. It can take up to six months to complete the healing. Feel good that you have not had any serious complications and ask your physician if there is anything you can do to help speed up the process on your right breast. Some like to use massage techniques and while there are several used, there may be one that will work well for you.
