So I've had my lips done a few times now. Had to go back and get them dissolved because they were lumpy, the same person refilled them but there still lumpy, every time I've had them done they are always lumpy, so my question is, is it normal to be able to see them? now I'm questioning is it her technique or is it my lips as I do bleed a lot more than other people apparently. Thanks

Answer: Lumps and bumps after lip injections Hello and thank you for your question. It is normal to have lumps or bumps for the first two weeks after having fillers done. During this time is when swelling or bruising is still present and can cause such unevenness. If after two weeks you are still experiencing the bumps, then it may be due to technique. Fillers should be left smooth and even after the healing process. I suggest finding another injector that may be able to better achieve the results you are hoping for. Best of luck.

Answer: Lip filler Lumps in the lips post filler is not necessarily “normal.” It can happen though. Generally with gentle massage they will resolve. If it’s a matter of incorrectly placed filler, then it will need to be dissolved. When we see them due to filler placement it’s an issue of the filler being placed to superficial. Best to wait two weeks and follow up with your injector.
