I always go back to Sach because he is honest, professional and thoughtful. Revere clinic has some of the best machines in UK and the results are great. I had some blemishes on my body and after 3 sessions they are pretty much gone. One of the best practice in London!

I have been to Dr Sach for a few years now and I can honestly say subtle tweaks over time have made a HUGE difference to my face and overall appearance. His artistic skill always leaves me with natural looking results, which is very important to me.

We started off with Aqualyx to slim down my face, and have subsequently gone on to have laser to improve my skin/pores and then fillers and botox to help any fine lines or asymmetry in my face.

He is generous and understanding; he takes his time to discuss with me which procedures would benefit me and I know he has my best interests at heart! Thank you Dr Sach!

Despite being a very slim size 6 Ive always had a round face and chubby cheeks. As I got older (I’m 41) the weight in my face began to gravitate downwards and I became increasingly unhappy with my lower face and jawline as I was starting to develop jowls, a slight double chin and I just felt like I had a moon face with no real definition to it.

The procedure itself was quick and pain free. Numbing cream was applied and Sach set about mapping out my face and injecting the aqualyx into my lower face and under my chin. I was quite swollen directly after the procedure and the swelling doubled over night, as expected. I was told I would look scary for a 6-9 days, however in my case it was more like 16/17 days and i wished I had taken a bit more time off work to be honest. It took about 3 weeks I’d say to get back to baseline. I was also extremely dehydrated whilst my body processed the aqualyx and felt slightly rubbish for about 4 weeks post injection. It was an expensive procedure for me and at this point I did felt quite despondent and started to worry that the procedure wasn’t going to work. However at around week 5 the magic started to happen and my face started to change quite rapidly.

I’m now almost 8 weeks post procedure and I’m over the moon with the results. Admittedly its not quite the result I expected. I think I was hoping for a total face re-structure which, in retrospect, was just unrealistic (!) I was hoping to achieve really carved out, snatched cheek bones and whilst my lower face is much much slimmer, this hasn’t quite happened. I would definitely say I’ve got my 30 year old face back though. I’ve still got my round face, but it’s my younger self’s round face if that makes sense. My cheek bones look much higher and much more defined. The apples of my cheeks look higher and the nasolabial area has lifted, my whole mouth area just looks more structured and I’ve got my little dimples back in my lower cheeks. My tear troughs look less pronounced, my jawline is tighter and lifted and weirdly the bridge of my nose looks slimmer as my face has pulled upwards. It’s a subtle, natural result but I feel so much prettier, younger and I certainly don’t look like I’ve had any work done. This might not suit everyone but I’m so so happy with it.

To my fellow round-faced ladies I cannot recommend this procedure highly enough. I see so many ladies with my face shape ( myself included) attempt to achieve the holy grail v-shape by having cheek bone filler. Whilst fillers can help lift a rounded face, it’s so easy to look overfilled if you’ve got a naturally weighty face. Now that I’ve had this procedure I won’t look back. I don’t need cheek filler ever again now that I can see my natural cheek bones poking through. I’m not a high earner but this procedure was worth every penny. Thank you Sach and thank you Revere. Very very happy that I had this done.

Dr Sach is an artist. He is very attentive and considerate of the natural lines and expressions of the face and enhances features with great skill. He has a very caring bedside manor and immediately makes you feel comfortable and excited for your results with his expertise. No one knew I had anything done to my face but kept commenting on how youthful I looked.

I have never written a review but following my visit to the Revere Clinic I felt compelled to share my experience. After a year of hiding my face I learned about Hyaluronidase and sought a professional who could help me to dissolve the fillers, which had so distorted my appearance.Dr Mohan came highly recommended and rightly so. He recognised my caution and replaced it with confidence. From the outset he was in control and stipulated that he would rather carry out two sessions using small dosages of Hyaluronidase than inject too much in one session.After the 1st session I noticed an immediate positive effect with little swelling and no bruising. I returned for my 2nd session and so far, so good, have no swelling or bruising and am happy with the results. I am so relieved that Dr Mohan was recommended highly to me. I can recommend him highly to those who have had their lives blighted by fillers. Class act.

I adore visiting Dr Mohan! I cant wait for my next visit. It will be my third time. My skin look amazing and i have booked many different treatments alongside laser.

I find that he advises me to stay as natural as possible and instead focuses on keeping me looking fresh, concentrating on skin perfecting treatments first.

Ive come to rely on him after correcting a treatment by another clinic. Other practitioners push for expensive and unnecessary treatments, often praying on my insecurities. I leave those clinics vulnerable and never looking better.

The opposite is true with Dr Mohan, he approaches his work in a considerate and compassionate way. You need someone who appreciates beauty and who is kind. I leave feeling confident. I trust his judgement and work entirely.

Dr Mohan has been treating me since 2013.... maybe even earlier.
I have had a range of procedures with him over the years such as botox and dermal fillers. I trust him implicitly and would certainly never let anyone else near my nose! Over the years he has transformed my confidence by making my face the best it can be while still looking like me.
His confidence and undeniable competence puts you instantly at ease. He always listens and then offers his professional opinion. In the past it has conflicted with my own which has even lead to me leaving an appointment untreated. However, as much as it pains me to admit it, he has always been right!
I think it says a lot about a doctor who turns away a patient when he feels the treatment is not needed or is not aesthetically beneficial rather than simply take your money.
Dr Mohan isn’t a doctor who will ‘over do’ you. People often question if I’ve had something done rather than point out what I’ve had done, which is what we want!
It’s always a genuine pleasure seeing Dr Mohan, if you book to see him you’re most certainly in the best hands.

I chose this clinic because they have the most advanced tattoo removal system available. I am very very happy with the results so far, after just 2 treatments I already see a big difference . I feel very lucky to live close to this clinic but even if I didn’t I would travel to get to it!
In addition the care you get is top quality, very friendly and welcoming staff, a clean and professional facility. I highly recommend them.

Dr Sach is everything you want from a dermatologist; he’s very cautious and careful to not over pump and plump, always offering alternatives in un-invasive procedures. He’s totally ahead of them game as far as the newest and best technology in skincare and would never recommend something to make a buck, he will only use machines which he has tried and tested to ensure the ultimate results. His knowledge is vast and he cares deeply about his patient far more than previous doctors I’ve seen before. I highly recommend Dr. Sach for anyone who wants their skin to feel refreshed and youthful without looking like you’ve been over-worked.
