I' wanna b a Barbie don't we all . I'm thinking of dropping my deposit . I need yours guys help tho. I'm 5'2 100 pounds very flat chested with a little asymmetry going on . Should I go with Saline or silicone implants , not doing more than 375 cc since I am a small petite

The pain is soreness + slight itch + extreme tightness in chest Nd breath. Nothing you can’t push thru but definitely a little painful .

Stats: 5'2, 100 pounds, BMI: 18.1. This was hardest experience of my life but much worth it. I'm happy. Any questions feel free to ask. The second day after surgery was the worst. I'm 3rd day post op and feeling better but still not normal! Waiting for them to drop! If u wanna get ur boobs done this is the SIGN I was so nervous but it wasn't that bad.

15 days post op , I feel amazing . Still haven’t put my hands above my head but I can do everything myself now . Dr. Leornard staff was amazing to be around and I’m so happy I chose him as my doctor .

I had two different sized boobs . Left Boob :225 cc , Right Boob : 210 cc . Natrelle Saline Filled implants .
I went from less than A cup to A Full B ! Natural results just the way I wanted it !

Dr. Tachmes is much more than a surgeon he is a man with such a big heart for his profession and patients. Dr. Tachmes was always one text or phone call away before my surgery date. The day of my procedure he came in the pre op area and talked with me. This was my first time receiving general anesthesia he made me so comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. The staff at the hospital were so professional, so nice, and made me feel so loved. 

My husband couldn't stay because of Covid but they allowed me to have my cell phone up until the very last minute of going into the OR. They kept him up to date on my procedure and did and excellent job educating him on my post op care. Dr. Tachmes also spent at least 20-30 minutes with me before going into the OR discussing post-op plan of care, procedure details, and desired look post op. He is so personal and really takes the time to listen to his patients. To put the icing on the cake he called me the night after my surgery we had only been in the air bnb 1 hour and he did a personal post op phone call to check on me and go over post op care with my husband. He answered all my husbands questions and was so patient with him.

My results are amazing. Lets just say I was not an easy case for Dr. Tachmes. I have had 3 pregnancies all c sections and my biggest baby was 10 lbs. My stomach was so messed up I had rectus diastasis that extended really far up in my abdomen. I also had thinning in a layer under my muscle. He was able to give me a beautiful stomach with all the problems that arouse. He is so knowledgable and really has a heart for what he does. I give him 10 stars for his knowledge, finesse as a plastic surgeon, and genuine care that he shows his patients.

I will be visiting him again for a breast augmentation. He will be the only plastic surgeon that I will allow to do any procedures because I just love his results and compassion for his patients that much. Thank you Dr. Tachmes for giving me a chance to experience a small waist and nice curves post three c-sections. I am so grateful and will never forget this experience.

I always wanted a breast reduction. After doing extensive research I finally contact Dr Tachmes. I sat a date for August 27th. We correspond thru text messages but every time I had an question or concern he respond very quickly. I ran into a little issue getting my blood work done and he was very helpful. U most definitely don’t want to have an serious surgery with a doctor u can hardly reach. We stayed in contact surgery related until the surgery day. I recommend him to anyone.

Healing pretty well. No issues no pain just some soreness and tenderness. 1 breast was larger than the other before the surgery. Dr Tachmes pretty much shaped them perfectly even to me. Still wearing the surgical dressing. Blood spots here and there. No heavy lifting. No driving. Just taking it easy. I am not in constant contact with Dr Tachmes bcuz I’m healing just fine. But when I do have an question he does answer in a timely manner. I have no regrets at all about the doctor I chose.

Scars isn’t too bad. The nipples are hypersensitive!!! I feel every air conditioning or breeze blowing thru. Still wearing sports bras and support bras only!!! I’m so in love with my results to the point I can’t stop looking in the mirror. Breast reduction was so worth it for me and so necessary.

Dr Tachmes is very to the point. He is an excellent surgeon, and I love my results. He made me feel very comfortable; From the consultation to after the surgery. I also regained the nerves in my nipples, so I’m glad for that.

Dr. Tachmes was awesome and dedicated, I love my tummy tuck/Liposuction...as I suffered from uterine fibroids and my stomach was large... I'm extremely happy I decided I did the surgery and Dr Tachmes performed an excellent job...Highly recommended as now I going to do a breast lift.

I have been an athlete all my life and kept and will continue to keep an active lifestyle. The areas where I had surgery have been an internal battle that I have never really shared with anyone. I was tired of over-excercising and im hopeful that the results might aid me in getting that much closer to attaining that peace of mind.

So far everything is going ok. I’m wearing my garment religiously during the day. It’s strenuous to keep it on at night so I don’t. I’m back to working out like the nut that I am. I believe I looked better before surgery and I’m hopeful in a few months that won’t be the case. One thing I did not prepare myself for is my butt falling :(

Dr Tachmes was very informative and patient, answer all my questions and concerns. Suggested the perfect size for my frame and I am pleased with my results. I was a bit scared but Dr Tachmes reassure me that everything would be fine. My pre op and post op experience went with a breeze and I am happy the choice I made in getting a breast augmentation.
