The centre line extends past your vermilion border which makes me wonder if you have had this injured before and the scar has resulted in the current look.Nothing will remove the line that is there as even cut it out and stitching it will leave a scar that is in the same place. The slight step on the lower aspect of the lip can be improved upon by lining it up witht he rest of the lip but you will be left with a scar. This can be paler than the surrounding skin once it has healed.If you wanted to disguise the line, the indentation can be addressed with a small amount of filler which will help to alter the contour I hope this is of help to you BW
