My top lip is uneven and I have noticed white pimples what are these a result of? (Photo)

These little white dots that you have on your lips appear to be fordyce spots (glands). They are not caused by filler treatment, however filler can make them become more visible. This happens as filler can evert the lip and make them more pronounced.  Generally as the filler breaks down they should be less obvious. 
If you have had hyaluronic acid filler this can be dissolved with a medication called hyalase if you are very unhappy. There should be medical clinics within your area that dissolve. Always ensure you see someone highly skilled in dissolving filler if you do take that option. All the best. 

There can be some swelling and/or lumps after lip injections which can last 1-2 weeks. You can apply firm pressure between two fingers on the lips for a few days, for 5 mins a time, in order to help decrease swelling and even out the lumps.these are fordyce spots and are normal sweat glands that increase in size in some people after getting fillers. The white spots are fordyce spots and are normal sweat glands that increase in size in some people after getting fillers. They will not harm you. If you're unhappy with your final results you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time.
