I'm wondering whether a lollipop mastopexy might allow a much smaller areola placed higher up on the breast. Would this be appropriate for small breasts that are already decently perky? Would it give me a result closer to what I'm after (last pic for ideal areola size), or would the risks as well as the cost lead you to recommend I quit while I'm ahead, rather than pursuing another surgery?
