I’m a 5’7 girl with 75kg (165lb). I have tuberous breasts and always dreamed with a B cup or even an A cup, but don’t want implants. It’s possible? I don’t have kids but I feel like my boobs are too big for my lifestyle and I personally don’t like their shape. Also they are saggy since when I was teenager. I just with they could be really smaller and lifted, with small aureoles, an A cup would be perfect, but a B cup could be too. Give your opinion, please!

Answer: Breast Reduction/Lift Your goals should be very attainable with surgical correction. A small breast reduction would lift breasts into appropriate position on your chest wall and removing some breast tissue would give you the A-B cup that you desire. A reduction/lift will also help symmetrize and create a round, less tubular shape. You would only place an implant if you wanted more breast volume. Good luck on your journey!

Answer: Could I try a breast lift without implants? Hello and thank you for posting! You do not need implants if you do not want them. Plus, if you want a max size B cup, then adding implants might be a little counter productive. I believe you would benefit from a combination of the following for breast symmetrization: -1. A small circumferential lift (peri-areolar lift) on your right breast, lifting the breast slightly and more importantly, reducing the size of your areola. The scar would be around the areola only. Maybe a lollipop lift. -2. A reduction/anchor lift on the left breast. This scar would be around the areola, then vertically down the middle and then a small scar across the breast fold. A reduction/anchor lift on both breasts is a possibility, but I fear it might make the right breast a bit too small. Best of luck. Dr. Miguel Mota
