Do I need a full blown lift or can I do donut? (Photos)

Original753484
I am wanting someone who can do a donut type of lift for my breasts. I have lost my volume post nursing for 4 years back to back. My upper pole is empty which makes my breasts look extra saggy. My normal chest was a very full and dense 34DD since high school. After nursing all my tissue is gone so it's appearing so saggy but if I stretch out my upper skin where the tissue used to be, my nipple raises naturally to its former level. I want full breasts with side boob, see attached wish pic
