Do I need a full blown lift or can I do donut? (Photos)

Based on your posted photos- it appears that you would benefit from Mastopexy with possible implants. Anything short of this in my opinion will not provide the best result. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS

In my opinion, a mastopexy (breast lift) combined with augmentation (either with fat or with implants) would best help get to towards your goals. The position of your nipple is below your breast folds and you need a vertical incision to help move that to a more youthful position. Depending on how much fuller and larger you wished to be, fat grafting or an implant would help restore volume to your upper poles and provide a rounder breast with more cleavage.

Thank you for your questions & photos. This is a common complaint from mothers after having children. To get more perky breast with the internal support, the anchor scar would most likely be necessary. The "donut lift" will give minimal lift with tension on the areola that can lead to stretching out again over time. For upper pole fullness you can transfer your own fat to your breast or a breast implant can be placed to achieve fuller rounder breasts. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals. Implant-based breast enhancement is the best way to achieve upper pole fullness. Combining a sub glandular breast implant with a donut-type or peri areolar lift can achieve an improved nipple position and re-inflate the breast in women who only need a modest improvement in nipple position. This is an option that can be used to avoid the vertical lift scar.
