I got a breast reduction in 2019 and although I am so glad I got one, I have some issues with my results. My nipples are very high while my breast tissue sits lower. Is it possible to move the breast tissue up so my already too high nipples sit in a more natural position on my breasts?
Answer: Lift Yes, the nipples can be kept in position while lower breast tissue is lifted or even removed with an incision under the breast.

Answer: Lifting breast tissue without lifting the nipple? Hello @Rational244623, thank you for your question. It is possible to reposition and improve the shape of the breast with minimal scarring by raising the base slightly and improving the overall proportion. This will create overall harmony. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.

Answer: Breast lift Though an in person examination is always best, the breast shape that you describe can be improved with a lift technique. It will tighten the lower pole of the breasts so that the nipple sits in a more natural position and the breast tissue isn't concentrated at the bottom. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The common complication with the traditional techniques not elevating the breast tissue and only elevating the nipple. For that reason, an alternative was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast reduction It sounds like your breast tissue has bottomed out which is not unusual after breast reduction. You probably just need the skin under the breast tightened. It will also make the nipples not look too high
