Lifting breast tissue without lifting the nipple?

The common complication with the traditional techniques not elevating the breast tissue and only elevating the nipple. For that reason, an alternative was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.

It sounds like your breast tissue has bottomed out which is not unusual after breast reduction. You probably just need the skin under the breast tightened. It will also make the nipples not look too high

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Yes, the nipples can be kept in position while lower breast tissue is lifted or even removed with an incision under the breast.

Though an in person examination is always best, the breast shape that you describe can be improved with a lift technique. It will tighten the lower pole of the breasts so that the nipple sits in a more natural position and the breast tissue isn't concentrated at the bottom. Hi, it is possible. You are describing a pseudoptosis and it is treatable with surgery.
The resulting scars would be in an inverted T, similar to the ones you probably already have.

Following a breast reduction, remodeling of skin and soft tissues will occur, on some occasions resulting in recurrent sag.
If nipple placement was satisfactory, an infra- areolar lift will remove the excess skin and conify breast shape.
If nipple placement was too high, it can be lowered with revision, but there will be additional surgical scarring ABOVE the revised areola.
Revisit your plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
