Although you did not provide your cup size, your photos suggest that you have generous volume. This being the case, a lift alone should be adequate to achieve your goals.

If your goals are to have perkier, rounder breasts that sit higher up on your chest, then a lift would be sufficient. Implants would only be needed if you’d like larger breasts or a significantly rounder shape.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements and they choose what looks right for them. I would recommend a breast lift only. You have ample breast tissue and do not need an implant. A lift will give you a nice shape with properly positioned nipples on the center of the breast mound, not on the lower pole.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

A breast lift is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape breasts. The procedure can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. A breast lift is usually done in conjunction with breast augmentation, and sometimes a reduction in order to achieve the best result.
The best candidates for a breast lift are women who have drooping breasts due to pregnancy, weight loss, or aging. A breast lift will not significantly change the size of your breasts or round out the upper part of your breast. If you want your breasts to look fuller, a breast lift is usually done in conjunction with breast implants.
A consultation with a Consultant plastic surgeon is the best way to determine if you are a good candidate for a breast lift. During your consultation, your surgeon will examine your breasts and discuss your goals for surgery. He or she will also explain the risks and benefits of a breast lift and help you decide if the procedure is right for you. From the photograph provided it seems you should get a good realist from uplift procedure.

From your photos it appears you are a good candidate for a breast lift. You will not likely keep much upper pole fullness from a lift alone. You may be a candidate auto augmentation or consider a small implant as options to achieve that. The breast lift will raise the position of the nipple as well as remove excess skin.
