I'm curious if I will have good results if I have a breast lift only? Really want them higher on my chest/more perky and May some upper pole fullness. I don't care about being bigger and I can't get comfortable with the thought of implants, so I'm thinking this is my best option and hoping for good results. Thanks for your time.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift From your photos it appears you are a good candidate for a breast lift. You will not likely keep much upper pole fullness from a lift alone. You may be a candidate auto augmentation or consider a small implant as options to achieve that. The breast lift will raise the position of the nipple as well as remove excess skin. I've included a video on auto augmentation that i hope you find helpful.
