I recently booked a surgery date for implants only. I've seen at least 4 surgeons, 3 of the 4 told me I do not NEED a breast lift. The one I ultimately chose told me I'm on the cusp of needing a lift due to my weightloss. I understand that there is some elasticity to my skin and my nipple position is a little lower. I'm getting antsy thinking I may need a lift, but I realize I could get one later on in life - maybe after having kids. After all, won't the implant still look good in clothing?

Yes, I agree with your surgeon, Your breast bases doe sit somewhat low and they cannot be raised. If lifting is attempting, your breast will just slowly settle back down. You can relift to tighten the skin and revise the areolae with the vertical lift which will avoid stretching the areolae again.
You do not need a lift, but can get some skin tightening with minimally invasive radiofrequency treatment like ThermiTight, and the nipple can be everted.
