1 year ago I had a breast augmentation with a nipple lift moderate plus 415cc silicone and I am 5'2 . I am unhappy with how stretched my areola looks and my breast look even more droopy . I went in for a revision Dr told me this is as good as it gets my breast will always sit low even with a lift
Answer: Breasts Yes, I agree with your surgeon, Your breast bases doe sit somewhat low and they cannot be raised. If lifting is attempting, your breast will just slowly settle back down. You can relift to tighten the skin and revise the areolae with the vertical lift which will avoid stretching the areolae again.

Answer: Vertical Lift You could do a vertical lift to both reduce your areolar size and lift your nipples. There would be a vertical scar and some component of an inframammary fold scar as well.

Answer: Mini lift At this time, I recommend a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, the implants can be placed higher. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Areola looks stretched and breasts look droopy Dear mommyx31994, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
