1 year ago I had a breast augmentation with a nipple lift moderate plus 415cc silicone and I am 5'2 . I am unhappy with how stretched my areola looks and my breast look even more droopy . I went in for a revision Dr told me this is as good as it gets my breast will always sit low even with a lift

You can relift to tighten the skin and revise the areolae with the vertical lift which will avoid stretching the areolae again.

Answer: Vertical Lift You could do a vertical lift to both reduce your areolar size and lift your nipples. There would be a vertical scar and some component of an inframammary fold scar as well.
