I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for a breast lift. There is a size discrepancy between your photo and the wish pic which may be able to be addressed with a small reduction if you want. The incision type will be decided together with your plastic surgeon after an evaluation and discussion of the options.

While your breasts may not look exactly like your wish pic, they will look somewhat similar as they’ll be perkier and have more projection. You may require an anchor lift, as a lollipop lift will most likely not be sufficient.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

I would recommend the anchor lift. Your breasts are a bit low down for a lollipop. Also it seems like you don’t want implants. If that’s the case the lollipop doesn’t work as well without an implant. There is nothing wrong with the lollipop though. It’s a reasonable option as well

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

A lollipop breast lift will elevate your breasts , but to achieve the result you are looking for a small horizontal incision in the breast fold may be necessary

Thank you for your question and photos. The size that you desire is smaller than your breast size. A breast lifting with mild reduction will provide a result similar to these breasts.
Reverse-T (anchor) scar breast lift is needed to achieve this kind of result instead of Lollipop scar.

Hello, thank you for you question. As I can see in your picture, the procedure that you'll need is an anchor breast lift. The amount of tissue that you have below your inframammary fold is considerable and won't be adequately removed with a lollipop lift.

Having done thousands of breast lift/reduction procedures, I find very few people actually do great with a true vertical incision ("lollipop") only. They are prone to needing some type of revision for skin puckering. To get that shape in the picture you attached, you're clearly going to need some type of horizontal component to the scar to manage the vertical height of the breast.

If I was doing your surgery, I'd suggest doing a predominately vertical scar with a short T scar on the bottom to set the desired nipple to inframammary fold length (usually about 5-6 cm). That's usually what works best on small-medium breasts. You start off doing it like you would a vertical only scar and determine what's the best way to work out the excess as you go. I don't think you would need the full length scar under the breast, but I 'd have no problem extending it to that if it looked better.
