30, no children and no plans to have children, just looking to have them lifted so there is no skin touching/laying on my chest. The second photo is an example of my dream breasts - is this a realistic outcome for me? Would I need an anchor lift vs. a lollipop lift?
Answer: Modified anchor lift is realistic I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Breast lift While your breasts may not look exactly like your wish pic, they will look somewhat similar as they’ll be perkier and have more projection. You may require an anchor lift, as a lollipop lift will most likely not be sufficient.

Answer: Lift options From your photos it appears you will need an anchor lift for the best result. With the amount of native tissue you should have a very nice result. The next step is to see a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to learn more.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift I would recommend the anchor lift. Your breasts are a bit low down for a lollipop. Also it seems like you don’t want implants. If that’s the case the lollipop doesn’t work as well without an implant. There is nothing wrong with the lollipop though. It’s a reasonable option as well

Answer: Breast lift Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for a breast lift. There is a size discrepancy between your photo and the wish pic which may be able to be addressed with a small reduction if you want. The incision type will be decided together with your plastic surgeon after an evaluation and discussion of the options.
