In your case, a beltectomy is not going to give you a much better result than a well-performed abdominoplasty, but you would have a longer scar.  I don't think you will 'pop the stitches'.  If you want enhancement of the buttocks, this should be done first and then the abdominoplasty can be done at a later time.  

The body lift is designed for patients who have a lot of loose skin in the buttock and lateral thighs. I think most of your trouble could be corrected with a tummy tuck. You could also have some liposuction and possibly transfer that fat to your buttock if you would like to firm it up a bit without the big posterior incision. Good luck.

photograph, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done through a low incision, all completely below the bikini line. 
The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on
the exterior.   Your muscles can also be
plicated resulting in a flat abdomen. 
Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of
real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate
their results.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified

Deciding upon a tummy tuck alone versus a belt lipectomy is very common.  It would be helpful to see a picture of your back.  If there is  extra skin and fat that continues around the side and back then a belt lipectomy  would be best. A belt lipectomy will also raise the buttocks and give you a better shape. 

My thoughts would be for you to have the following procedures:
Tummy Tuck with liposuction of the waistFat Transfer (Brazillian) to the buttockBreast Lift with a cohesive Breast Implant
If you are trying to achieve a narrow waist, flat tummy and more buttock shape, I would recommend some or all of the procedures described above.

Thank you for your question and photo's.  From what I can see, I think a tummy tuck will be enough for you.  I also liposuction the flanks as part of my tummy tuck procedure which adds more contour and tapers the sides in which gives more of an hour glass physique, this also makes the buttock appear larger . 

looking at the picture you will most likely benefit from tummy tuck combined with liposuction .Of course final decision only after exam in person. Belt lipectomy is usually indicated for patients who have lost massive amount of weight, 90lbs or above with sagging of  outer thigh and buttocks. If I am doing belt lipectomy I combine it with buttock enhancing procedure such as fat grafting or using local tissue.
