I had to replace my implants, one of which had ruptured since it was so old. I researched Drs. And decided on her. Best decision ever. She was so communicative and caring. My replaced implants look great and she corrected any problems that resulted from the rupture. Highly recommend her.

I got a breast lift with augmentation and liposuction with Dr. Sillins.
First of all the surgery staff was so nice. Every nurse I saw before I went under told me I made the right choice with Dr. Sillins. I was extremely nervous because I had never had surgery before. I was crying and the nurse was incredibly kind and made me feel so much better. She told me jokes to calm me down and reassured me about how safe I was. She was also there when I woke up. I had a very good experience at the JourneyLite surgery center.
Right out of surgery my breasts already looked amazing but they look better with every day that goes by.
I am one week post op now and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and results. I didn't expect my breasts to look so good immediately. I can tell once they are fully healed they are going to be perfect. Better than I expected.
I was having a low fever a few days after surgery and dr. Sillins met with me on her day off to look at my incisions. She reassured me and treated me so kindly. She gave me her personal number and I am able to text or call her her with questions and I can text photos of my surgery site to make sure it looks good to her. It gives you a peace of mind to know that if you ever feel something is wrong she is always there to answer you and help.
I won't lie to you, surgery is hard. It takes a toll on your body and if you have never had surgery before be prepared to go through lots of emotions and some physical pain. (Although the pain was much less than I expected) You can feel tired and sick and not like yourself sometimes while you recover but I would do it all over again and choose Dr. sillins every single time!
If you are in the area and looking to get some work done, especially involving your breasts, do yourself a favor and book a consultation with Dr. Sillins. You are in very good hands with with her.

At 60, my upper lip was thin with long, deep creases from nose to lip like a chimpanzee! The lift was painless, stitches out in a week. 3 days later, no stitch marks as if no procedure ever happened. I have 2 peaks, a full upper lip and a shape that I never dreamed I could have. Deborah created a lip that I never had even when I was young. This procedure was a dream come true.

Dr. Sillins is a highly skilled surgeon who truly cares about her patients! I am absolutely thrilled with the results of the 360 degree abdominoplasty she performed on me in May 2022!

I lost over 100 # and it left me with a large amount of loose skin on my abdomen, hips and butt. It was so heavy, it pounded up and down when I would walk or run and it was causing chronic skin breakdown. It had to go! It wasn’t just unsightly, it was causing quality of life issues for me as well.

I am so happy to have the skin gone! All in all it ended up being almost 8 pound of skin removed. I went from a size 10 or 12 to a size 4 or 6, I feel lighter on my feet and no longer suffer from skin breakdown and irritation. I don’t know what's better, no more rashes and pain, or liking how I look in the mirror again!

Dr. Sillins and her staff are kind and caring. She pays attention to every detail. Every singe one! I spoke to two other surgeons before selecting Dr. Silllins to do my surgery and she stood out from the rest hands down. She took her time, examined me closely, explained everything in detail including what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The before and after pictures she shares of her patients (with their permission of course) accurately showcase her style and talent and speak for themselves! She is part surgeon and part artist.

My surgery ended up taking about an hour longer than expected. Dr. Sillins is very honest and told me up front that an overage charge was a possibility, partially due to the amount of skin I had from such a massive weight loss. I ended up owing the surgery center and extra $1,200 because the nurses and anesthesiologists had to work longer than expected, but I was prepared for that possibility thanks to Dr. Sillins honesty and transparency. And, much to my surprise, Dr. Sillins herself didn’t charge me a dime more for her extra time! I still can’t believe it. She could of charged me extra and I would of totally understood. But no. She just wants the best results for her patients that she can provide period. She is amazing!

Not only was my surgery experience great, my follow up / aftercare experience under Dr. Sillins watch has been excellent as well. She watches over her patients carefully, schedules follow up appointments at regular intervals and their cost is included in your surgery quote.

When I was discharged after surgery, she gave my mom her personal cellphone number to call in case anything came up after hours. What doctor do you know that does that? I sure don’t know of any. And guess what!? If you call her, even at midnight, she answers. We had to call her once when I had become dehydrated and once with a question about one of the surgical drains. After those two little tiny hiccups, I have had zero complications.

Dr. Silins and her team are outstanding. The scheduled procedure happened six months after the pandemic arrived. It took me over ten years to finally have the procedure done. I researched many doctors until I found Dr. Sillins. The team explained and responded to all my questions before the procedure. On the day of the surgery, I was surprised that I felt so calm. After the surgery, I followed all the doctor's instructions. I am not sure if I have pain tolerance, but I never felt any significant pain, and I stopped all the pain medicines by the 3 rd day. The following three weeks after the surgery, I continued my follow-up visits to the doctor, and every day I was amazed by the transformation. It has been over 18 months since my tummy tuck and lipo procedure, and I have no regrets.

I've been debating a mommy makeover for a while and I finally decided to do it. I searched high and low for a plastic surgeon (4 different consultations) until I met Dr. Sillins. I reviewed all of the RealSelf information and her ratings, but most of all, I was searching for someone who truly cared about me as her potential patient.

I scheduled my first appointment and went in thinking I'm going schedule this surgery and be done with my stomach. To my surprise, Dr. Sillins did not seem eager to want my surgery money right away. She prescribed HCG therapy for 3 months and I lost over 40lbs (which made me incredibly happy). I worked incredibly hard over the summer to lose the weight and was so excited to share the news with Dr. Sillins. Dr. Sillins was so impressed she decided to scheduled my surgery on October 4th.

I am currently still in recovery at the moment. However, the bottom line is to do your research of your surgeon. Come prepared to talk about what you want to achieve and talk realistic goals. I never once thought Dr. Sillins was just going in for the money, she personalized everything for me and tailored the way she operates just to reach every need I requested.
