I would like to get full tummy tuck with fat transfer to breast.18 years ago I had breast reduction recently lost 30lbs with another 30 to go. Wanted to verify which practices in Charlotte would do these procedures for reasonable price.

Thank you for your question and series of photographs. I think you will be an excellent candidate for a full tummy tuck and liposuction and possibly a fat transfer to the breasts.  I would advise you to see a series of ASPS board certified plastic surgeons for evaluation and discussion of your best treatment options and their prices.  A full tummy tuck would help tighten your abdominal muscles while removing excess skin and fat.  Depending on your desired breast appearance, fat grafting may be possible, but conside the need for lifting or implants depending on your desired size.  If it is possible, you should reach your goal weight before any surgery as it will maximize your outcomes and minimize risks.  Hope that this helps.

Cost varies by geographic location, surgeon expertise, OR time, anesthesia, length of procedure etc.  I would recommend that you go to The American Society of Plastic Surgery website and look for a list of board certified plastic surgeons in your area.
