I would advise you to see a series of ASPS board certified plastic surgeons for evaluation and discussion of your best treatment options and their prices. A full tummy tuck would help tighten your abdominal muscles while removing excess skin and fat. Depending on your desired breast appearance, fat grafting may be possible, but conside the need for lifting or implants depending on your desired size.
