recently had a breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Brian Arslanian, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Arslanian and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and compassion.

During the consultation, Dr. Arslanian took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and address any concerns I had. His approachable demeanor and clear communication helped alleviate my anxieties and made me feel confident in my decision.

Dr A and team were very professional and aided me through the process. I had a lot of questions and while I wanted the procedure I was apprehensive. I’m glad I finally did this. Life changing results.

I am 10 weeks post op and am so happy I chose Dr. Arslanian! A previous twin pregnancy followed by extended breastfeeding completely destroyed my body. In March, I had a tummy tuck, lipo, and fat transfer to the breasts... and my results are amazing!

I would give Dr. A 10 stars if I could. Highly, highly, recommend!

I had consultations with eight board-certified cosmetic/plastic surgeons to discuss having my butt implants removed, and I chose Dr. Arslanian. It was the best decision I made. He is an excellent surgeon/doctor. His impeccable professional behavior was unmatched. 

I felt very comfortable and at ease with him and his staff, that I had lip augmentation on my first visit. I did however develop an allergic reaction and followed up with hyaluronidase injections. While my lips were in the healing process, he checked in with me often. He also promised to redo them at no charge and kept his word. Thankfully, this time just bruising which is normal.

 Ultimately, he removed my butt implants and the surgery was a success. He explained everything in detail about the expectations of my surgery in a way that was understanding. In saying this, if you are searching for a caring certified cosmetic/plastic surgeon that is trustworthy, please give him a visit.

I've been looking to get liposuction for over a year. I went on consultations last summer but ended up going with Coolsculpting at the time. I saw decent results from Coolsculpting, but I realized that Coolsculpting would never give me the ultimate results I wanted. I met with over 6 doctors in a month span before selecting Dr. Arslanian. I originally thought I'd do "awake lipo" because I kept hearing about the safety and pain benefits but I am REALLY glad Dr. Arslanian advised me otherwise. He left the decision to me but pointed out that some have a higher pain tolerance than others and this isn't something where you want to wait until you're 'on the table' to discover that you can't handle the pain well. On the day of my surgery, boy was I GLAD that I decided to go with general anesthesia. I wasn't nervous but after they put in my IV, I had to admit to myself that my pain tolerance is actually fairly low despite my mind convincing me otherwise.

I decided on the breast fat transfer for two reasons:
1) I didn't want to waste all the fat from a lipo360. Not like it would regrow for future use.
2) I plan on getting a mastectomy in my mid 30s due to a family history of breast cancer and genetic testing showing that I have two BRACA gene mutations.

5’0, 115lbs. Gained an extra 5-7 lbs before the procedure because I felt like my back fat wasn’t very obvious without it. Maybe that isn’t how it works but it made sense in my head. Plus I loved eating what I wanted for once! Still ate healthily to balance out the junk though.

I arrived at the surgery center and honestly wasn’t nervous. I did almost faint after the nurse tried to give me an IV. I’ve always had a weak stomach when it comes to blood. The anesthesiologist came in and spent time answering every single question as well as made sure that he understood my health profile. They put me under with a bit of gas before trying the IV again which I appreciated. I’m told the surgery took about 3 hours and I think I spent an additional 1.5 hours in the standard monitored recovery room before they wheeled me down to my pickup person. I was still very tired so I don’t remember much from that night. I did pay extra for injectable pain medication that lasts 48-76 hours after the operation. Definitely worth it.

Procedure went AMAZINGLY. My breasts are HUGE which is fun for now. I know they will go way down, of course, but my fingers are crossed for at least 50% of the fat staying. My waist looked amazing on the table and now it’s just a matter of waiting for my body to heal, for the swelling to decrease, and for my skin to tighten around my new figure. Recovery isn’t easy but knowing how great my results are makes it all worth it. So happy I chose Dr. A!

Breast swelling decreased and I’m sure some fat died and left but the results are still substantial and AMAZING. One difficult thing about this procedure is that you really can’t workout/lose weight too early without potentially losing fat from the fat transfer but at the same time you want to hardcore diet and workout to build off your lipo results. I’m going to try strength training instead of cardio. Still wearing my garment 24hrs/day.

Breasts more settled and soft. Likely more final version. Very impressed and happy with my results. Everyone remarks on how small my waist has gotten (will post better photos of waist after a couple more weeks). Boobs look more realistic for my frame now. Definitely a fan. Still swollen/numb in some areas, particularly in my lower back.

I had surgery in May and it is now almost December. I am satisfied with my surgery results overall. That being said, my breasts did get smaller than the last photo I posted. I’ll try to remember to take an updated picture sometime soon. I’d say I increased by around 1 cup size. My breasts were clearly able to hold a TON on fat but most of it died off in the months following surgery. The shape of my breasts are better than before surgery but the asymmetry that existed before surgery has returned (left breast is smaller and more perky than the right). It is also easier to re-gain fat in my abdomen than I thought it would be (my back, on the other hand, hasn’t re-gained fat at all). Overall, I am happy with the increase/better shape of my breasts and tiny waist. I will definitely be going back for a second breast fat transfer in the future (maybe I’ll get a thigh gap)!

I absolutely love Dr. Arslanian, and the entire staff at Arslanian Plastic Surgery. My initial consultation was on November 5, 2019. They had a spot open for surgery on November 15, 2019, and I jumped on it. I had a breast lift, implants, tummy tuck, and lipo to my lower back.. I also had Botox, and lip filler done at my pre-op appointment. I am in love with my results. I can’t believe how awesome I look. My only regret is that I didn’t see him sooner! He’s Dr. Hotlanta for a reason! If you want to be a hottie, see him!

I found Dr. Arslanian after much research on real self,I was impressed with his reviews and he also had 5 stars so it made me more inclined to come to him for my injectables, the process to set up my consultation was extremely easy when I called over the phone to make my appointment. When I got there Dr Arslanian never made me feel rushed or made me feel like he was selling me on anything I did not want.He was very honest and gave me my options and told me what he thought would be the best filler for my lips.The process was minimal pain, and he talked me through the entire thing that we were done before I realized.I LOVE my lips and have been getting so many compliments on them from my girlfriends,and my boyfriend that I could not be more happy.I will definitely be back and plan on recommending him to all my friends.

Hey! So for any of y'all in the Atlanta area looking for a top surgeon, I just want to give a shoutout to my surgeon because he has MAD skills and I had a hard time finding a surgeon in Atlanta so I want to spread the word that he rocks. I had surgery on March 5th, 2018. Dr. Brian Arslanian. Seriously, I cannot recommend him enough. He took my insurance (Ambetter which I got through the marketplace). It was covered 100%, all-inclusive. All I'm paying is my out of pocket max ($1600) and that's gonna allow me to hopefully get a hysto for completely free later this year. I was a 32K (I [RS bleep] you not) before my breast reduction in 2012, and a 32DDD before my top surgery for reference. Seriously, if you need a top surgeon in Atlanta, this man is the absolute bomb. I'm in love with my results and I seriously can't stop looking in the mirror because finally the reflection is me. 100% happy with my results, Dr. Arslanian, his staff (especially Heather who has tolerated my thousand questions), his practice, his skills, his bedside manner, scheduling, literally everything. I could not be happier. I opted not to keep my nipples as a personal choice. Mine were weird and acted strange after my reduction and I've hated them ever since so I opted not to keep them and deal with the additional healing/hassle when I hated them anyway.

Dr. Arslanian is an excellent surgeon. He is patient and easy to work with. He answered all my questions day or night and always responded if I had any concerns. I am extremely pleased with my results. This was by far the easiest surgery. The surgical team was also wonderful to work with and put me at ease as of course I was nervous. If you are looking for a warm, friendly, trustworthy and talented surgeon then I recommend you get a consult with Dr. Arslanian asap.
