I usually take it 2x per day. I also am worried about being under anesthesia during surgery.
Answer: Asthma You will need to discuss your medical history including medications with a board certified surgeon in order to determine if you are a candidate for a Mommy Makeover. You may need to first get clearance from your primary care doctor, or the person who helps you with your asthma. Generally if your asthma is well controlled you should still be able to have surgery.

Answer: Mommy makeover & asthma You should be able to get a mommy makeover. However, you will need to get clearance first from your pulmonologist. Then let your surgeon know of your condition so he or she can coordinate your proper care with the anesthesiologist. My best,Dr. Sheila Nazarian@drsheilanazarian on Instagram

Answer: Medical Conditions and Surgery Thank you for your question. Generally, asthma is not a problem for scheduling surgery. I routinely have my patients who have medical problems seen and cleared by their primary care physician to make sure their medical problems are adequately optimized and controlled for surgery. Safety is mine and most surgeon's number one priority. Best to speak with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. All the best
