I asked a similar question. I have enlarged areoles and asymmetry with some ptosis. Some doctors say my breast is tubular, others say it's just constriction. I like breasts that are fuller at the bottom and has a slope at the top, but mine is rounded. How can I come closer to this shape? I don't care about increasing the size, I just want my breasts to be as symmetrical as possible without one nipples being lower than the other. Here are my photos and my goal shape.

Answer: Shape Based on your photos you can consider a lift to help improve symmetry in the areola size. Your surgeon can help you select the correct implant to help you maintain a fuller lower breast. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: I like breasts that are fuller at the bottom and has a slope at the top. mine is rounded. How can I come closer to this shape? Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. You will benefit from breast augmentation using implants and breast lift (at least on one side) to elevate the nipple-areola complex and reduce the size of the areolas. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Best, Pejman Aflaki, M.D. Johns Hopkins-trained double board-certified plastic surgeon
