There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with my breast reduction surgery and having selected Plastic Surgeon Dr. Franziska Huettner for this procedure. For years I had wanted breast reduction surgery but would bail out at the last moment because I was afraid of the surgery procedure. The neck and back pain had gotten almost intolerable, and a friend convinced me to go for a consultation. After many days of online research, videos and reviews, Dr. Franziska Huettner seemed to be the perfect surgeon for me so I called for an appointment. Dr. Huettner and Jessica Anderson, APRN, made me feel relaxed, at ease and confident. They provided honest responses to all questions. Dr. Huettner was sincere, explaining that although she could not guarantee all the pain would disappear, that I would find some relief. To my surprises, my neck and back pain disappeared immediately after the surgery! My breasts were large and disproportionate. The right breast was almost twice the size of the left, and I had such a hard time finding bras that provided support. Wearing a sports bra was torture. I was very conscious of the way my clothes looked, but what made me decide was getting to feel some relief. Not only has the pain in my neck, shoulder and back disappeared, but my breasts turned out so beautifully. They are now the same size, have a lift that did not expect and my areolas and nipples were reconstructed wonderfully. A work of art. I am still so amazed by the outcome. Dr. Huettner is a pro who really knows her work, is a great human being, and I will forever be grateful for having picked her for my surgery. It surpassed all my expectations!

Choosing Dr. Franziska Huettner for my breast reconstruction was the best decision I made in my cancer journey! After a difficult diagnosis, (breast cancer with a mastectomy) I was worried I would never feel like myself again. Dr. Huettner performed a TRAM flap and revision surgery for symmetry, and the results are truly outstanding. I look so natural, and the symmetry is perfect. Dr. Huettner is not only a brilliant artist and surgeon, but also meticulous and incredibly compassionate. Her and her staff treated me like a person, not just a patient. I finally feel whole again and am so grateful to Dr. Huettner and her team!

I highly recommend Dr. Huettner as a skilled professional who takes great pride in doing her work with perfection. She is a delightful person who is easy to talk to, will gladly answer any and all of your questions and is happy to share her knowledge with you. When she first saw my breasts she said "oh yea, you qualify". I am 76 and wondered if my age would be a concern but I had all the pre op tests necessary to decide that I was a good candidate and so I felt confident it would be all right. Her staff is equally professional and easy to with whom to work. My surgery was pretty extensive (she removed 10 lbs!!) but my recovery has been seamless. I have had virtually no pain and I am amazed at how well the scars are healing. I can wear clothes I could never wear before and it feels great. Go meet her for yourself - you will be impressed and lucky to have her as your doc.

Dr Huettner is a great surgeon. She is compassionate and a complete professional. My before and after pictures are jaw dropping. No issues with surgery or recovery. Would definitely recommend for her surgical skills. Also has a great bedside manner.

I could not be happier with the results of my reconstruction surgery! Not only was the surgery a complete success; my doctor was very caring. Excellent bedside manner, top notch work! I had breast cancer 13 years ago and I have been carrying around an extra pound of flesh... Until I was blessed to find Dr. Huettner.

Dr Huettner is who you want! I looked at hundreds of before and after photos for breast reduction and she checked all the boxes. I went from 36H/I to 36D. She keeps the incision as close to the natural breast fold as possible and not too far to the cleavage line and not too far onto your sides. My nipples are right in the center.. not too high .. not too low and they are symmetrical. The vertical incision is straight down on both sides. They are round!!! Not square like you see on many breast reductions. She was very easy to reach after surgery. If I ever had any questions, she was happy to help and quick to respond . I have never been able to pick up a bra off the rack.. until now. I tried on my very first bra post surgery and I was in shock that it fit!! If you are questioning getting a breast reduction and you choose Dr Huettner,, you will not regret it! Make that appointment.

Wonderful!!! I am so glad I chose Dr. Huettner for my plastic surgeon after meeting with several plastic surgeons. My case is complex as I needed breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy and disappointing reconstruction by the Moffitt Cancer Hospital team. Additionally, I lost nearly 100 lbs, maintained that new weight for 3+ years, and had a lot of loose skin on my arms, thighs, and around my trunk. Dr. Huettner is the only surgeon who saw the total body rather than just isolated areas and she put together a comprehensive plan of surgeries to address all of these areas. The first surgery, belt lipectomy, is complete with amazing results already visible just two weeks post surgery. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Huettner for plastic surgery. I am looking forward to the remaining two surgeries she has planned to address the other areas of loose skin and breast reconstruction.

I can not recommend Dr Huettner enough. For me, I wanted a woman, plastic surgeon. I also wanted somebody double board certified. I wanted to know without a doubt that she would know what she was doing. I wanted someone who would listen to me and give me the outcome I was looking for. When I met Dr Huettner, she was so engaged and not in a hurry with my appointment which meant a lot. She listened to all of my concerns. Addressed each one so I walked out having so much more information and understanding and knowing she had to be my doctor. I was extremely comfortable with her as was my husband. I am for four weeks post surgery and absolutely love my results.

Dr. Huettner changed my life for good. She is not only an incredibly skilled plastic surgeon, but also a deeply compassionate and caring person. I truly believe she was blessed by God—not just with exceptional surgical talent, but with a heart full of empathy and kindness. From the very beginning, she made me feel safe, understood, and supported. Her work is transformative, and her presence is healing. As a breast cancer survivor, I can say without hesitation that Dr. Huetner is a blessing to our community. She understands the emotional and physical journey we go through, and she brings hope and confidence back into our lives. I am forever grateful for the care she gave me and the way she helped me reclaim my sense of self. She is a gift to her patients and to the world

Dr. Huettner and her staff are amazing. They are top notch. From start to finish Bibi, Jackie and Amber made sure my paperwork, future appointments and after care was all taken care of. They are also wonderful women who care for their patients. Highly recommend.
