Wonderful Surgeon, Wonderful Results
I am 69 years old. My implants were saline, above the muscle and in my body since 1992. I noticed they were getting harder over time with an ultra lift look. December 2025 I told my husband I wanted to remove them and we independently began to search for a doctor. After about a week, we both decided that Dr. F. Heutner was going to be our choice. We have not been disappointed! This whole event moved quickly to my joy. I made the appointment for January 12 and

Dr. Huettner is great!
Dr. Huettner is great! I had consulted with multiple surgeons around the city (NYC) and while all of them were incredibly kind and understanding, Dr. Huettner was the only surgeon who I felt deeply cared for me- she made sure to really inform me about the realities of the surgery and certain factors that could limit certain results (But my results are AMAZING and everything I could have wanted). She was super nice and acknowledged all my concerns, which were mainly about preserving

Gender Affirming Nonbinary Breast Reduction
To put it simply - Dr. Huettner changed my life for the better. Everything I hoped for is now my reality and I am ecstatic. Dr. Huettner is also an amazing resource for the LGBTQIA+ community here in Orlando. She fights for you every step of the way to make sure you are taken care of. Every step of the way I was listened to and my choices were respected. She was clear that whatever my desires were she was going to meet them wherever it was possible. She did give honest feedback

the pain is gone and i feel like a new person!
There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with my breast reduction surgery and having selected Plastic Surgeon Dr. Franziska Huettner for this procedure. For years I had wanted breast reduction surgery but would bail out at the last moment because I was afraid of the surgery procedure. The neck and back pain had gotten almost intolerable, and a friend convinced me to go for a consultation. After many days of online research, videos and reviews, Dr. Franziska Huettner

best decision i made in my cancer journey !!
Choosing Dr. Franziska Huettner for my breast reconstruction was the best decision I made in my cancer journey! After a difficult diagnosis, (breast cancer with a mastectomy) I was worried I would never feel like myself again. Dr. Huettner performed a TRAM flap and revision surgery for symmetry, and the results are truly outstanding. I look so natural, and the symmetry is perfect. Dr. Huettner is not only a brilliant artist and surgeon, but also meticulous and incredibly compassionate.

Dr Huettner is a Skilled Professional
I highly recommend Dr. Huettner as a skilled professional who takes great pride in doing her work with perfection. She is a delightful person who is easy to talk to, will gladly answer any and all of your questions and is happy to share her knowledge with you. When she first saw my breasts she said "oh yea, you qualify". I am 76 and wondered if my age would be a concern but I had all the pre op tests necessary to decide that I was a good candidate and so I felt confident it would
